The Invictus Technology Hardware Support Contract ensures that if you have any hardware failure on the computer equipment covered by your support contract, one of our team of highly qualified engineers will rectify it as soon as possible.
This may be by telephone, remote support, by replacement of the faulty piece or, by an engineer attending your site to undertake the work necessary to get your system back up and running.   Invictus Technology engineers will decide the exact method so that the minimum hassle and down time for you is achieved.

Typical Cover Provided:
  • Telephone support during working hours to assist the user with problems arising from failure of computer equipment.
  • On site visits during working hours to investigate or remedy problems with or as a result of hardware failure. Depending on the specific problem, hardware may be returned to InvICTus Technology offices for further repair work.
  • The cost of supply of all parts (except consumables), labour and travel expenses (restricted to mainland UK) within contract hours, necessary to rectify a specific hardware failure.
  • Temporary loan of peripheral equipment subject to availability of stock solely at InvICTus Technology's discretion.
